FastLink Enhancements and New Configuration Tool

This release of the Envestnet® | Yodlee® FastLink introduces significant styling and visual improvements over the previous FastLink release. Additional specific upgrades include:

• Option to host multiple FastLink templates concurrently (aggregation and/or verification).
• Make changes in the Config Tool and publish to Production or Development environments in under 5 minutes.
• Customization of font, text color templates, borders, button, entry field shape, corner radius, and more.
• Options to enable premium addons such as transactions, document download, holder details, etc.
• Apply account type filtering to search results and data returned.
• Multiple regions and language support.
• Option to upload fonts, brand images, and icons.

In addition to the new FastLink configuration tool, we’ve made many additional enhancements to FastLink. Read on for more details on these updates.

Terms of Use Changes

When an end-user links their account, the user is advised of how their account information will be used. Previously, you were responsible for creating your own Terms of Use to govern the account linking process. With FastLink 4, the customer consent experience benefits from increased transparency via Terms and Conditions provided by Envestnet | Yodlee and direct consent provided to Envestnet | Yodlee from the user for our role in the account linking process. Envestnet | Yodlee will now present our own Terms and Conditions directly during account linking, allowing your terms to focus on just your solution after the account linking process is completed. There are now hyperlinks that open Envestnet | Yodlee FastLink’s Terms of Use. See below for mock-up screenshots of the new Login Screens with updated Terms and Conditions hyperlinks. Color Scheme Updates

The default background is now white with site branded accent colors for login pages selected with the Configuration Tool. You have multiple configuration options such as input field style, text color, label treatment, and many other options. This allows you to use your own branding and accents. Because we no longer support the previous default color scheme, your application will automatically adjust to this new UI. You still have all flexibility to configure your own custom color scheme if you prefer.

One-time password (OTP) Retry/Resend Enhancement

This enhancement allows for the end-user to request a new OTP in the event that the original OTP was not received. The end-user can also re-enter the OTP in the event that a typo is made. This enhancement addresses many of the concerns addressed by our Customers regarding issues involving lack of success using OTP.

Unified Flow UX Enhancements

Customers are now able to enroll accounts in either Verification or Aggregation flows separately. This ensures that our Customers get separate consent for both Verification and Aggregation.

Open Banking Updates

The enhancements also include FastLink Open Banking support for the United States, Australia, and the United Kingdom. In addition, we’ve built an Open Banking dashboard in the Configuration Tool. From here, you can self-onboard many multiple-region Open Banking applications.

Aggregation UX Change: Replacing trash cans with checkboxes

As a UX enhancement, FastLink has replaced trash cans with checkboxes on the Aggregation Account Summary screen. This gives users the ability to easily manage which accounts they would like to share with Yodlee and the customer.

• This reduces the amount of clicks and confirmations when deleting accounts
• By default, all accounts are selected

Ability to identify previously verified accounts

We’ve added the ability to identify which verification accounts were previously added during a re-add scenario. This includes a visual identifier for the end-user, as well as a flag for the account via API response.

Developer Dashboard Change

In addition to the FastLink enhancements discussed above, we have made changes to your experience in the developer portal. The Dashboard has been updated to make development faster and more streamlined for our Customers. The screenshot below shows the new Dashboard.
