Intent to Consent Screen Messaging Change

Enhancements have been made to change the messaging on the Intent to Consent screen when customers request US OB site for the full account number (i.e., payment account number). The messaging change for Tokenized Account Number (TAN) applies only to customers who have enabled or opted for the Payment Account Number dataset and are using FastLink 3, FastLink 4, or Yodlee API v1.1.
Sites that provide TAN instead of full account number, will display the new message Tokenized account number and routing number instead of the existing message displayed for all US OB sites Full account number and routing number.

Consent Amendment History

The Manage Consent screen has been enhanced to display the consent amendment history ONLY for recurring consents. The consented durations for the initial authorization, renewal duration, and consent expiration/withdrawn events will be displayed.
Presenting the consent amendment history to the consumer is aligned with the CDR rules.

7 Days Consent Duration Option

In addition to 365, 180, and 90-day consent periods, the 7-day duration option is now available in the Configuration Tool for customers to configure per their business need. Customers will have the option while editing OB application instance to set the 7 days consent share period duration for consumers to select from.

Once the configuration is published, the consent duration will be available for selection on the Sharing Period drop-down list in the FastLink 4 Consent screen.

Yodlee APIs – New Features/Enhancements

Restrict the Transaction History Count

To improve the API and platform performance, the GET Transactions Count API has been enhanced to restrict the transaction history count returned to up to two years duration when the difference between the fromDate and toDate is more than two years.

Site Failure Status and Threshold Percentage

To help deep-link customers make decisions to proceed with account linking process or to attempt login, the GET Provider and GET Provider Details API services have been enhanced to indicate the site failure status/message and the threshold percentage.
The newly introduced uptimeMetrics node includes the following fields:

• status – Valid values are as follows:
  • ACCOUNT_LINKING_UNAVAILABLE – If the thresholdPercentage value is >= 100.
  • REFRESH_FAILURE_ATTENTION – If the thresholdPercentage value is >= 90 and < 100.
• thresholdPercentage – Value is calculated based on the total number of site failures and the total successful refreshes performed.

User Registration APIs Enhancement

The User Registration APIs have been updated to support the fullName and address3 attributes.

Tokenized Account Number Flag

Some US OB sites support Tokenized Account Number (TAN) instead of full account number. The account number is critical for Account Verification customers to verify the account and use it for ACH payment.
The following API enhancements have been made to the API to distinguish whether a number is a TAN or a full account number:

• In the GET Accounts, GET Account Details, and GET Verified Accounts APIs, a new tokenizedAccountNumber attribute has been introduced in the fullAccountNumberList node.
  The tokenizedAccountNumber attribute value will be populated only if the site supports TAN; otherwise, this field will be excluded from the API response. The paymentAccountNumber and tokenizedAccountNumber attributes will have the same value.
• In the GET Providers and GET Provider Details API, a new boolean attribute – isTanSupported has been introduced in the response. The flag will be set to True if the US OB site supports TAN.

To facilitate customers focused on the lending, business, and verification use cases, additional CDR fields have been added for the loan container.
